Revision Policy
Revisions are based on the package selected. Clients are entitled to unlimited free revisions as long as the core concept of the project remains unchanged. We will complete revisions at no extra charge, with a turnaround time of 48 hours.
Refund Policy
The refund policy at Cloudskill Connect does not apply when:
- You select a discounted coupon.
- You choose a promo or special service package.
- You have approved the initial concept of any project.
- You request revisions after the initial delivery.
- You cancel the project for reasons unrelated to Cloudskill Connect or our policies.
- You have not contacted us for more than 2 weeks after the project begins.
- You violate Cloudskill Connect terms and conditions or privacy policy.
- You have approached another service provider or freelancer for the same project.
- You provide an incomplete project brief.
- You request major changes in the concept.
- You exceed the maximum time allowed to request a refund.
- You have non-project-related reasons like a change of mind or disputes with partners.
- You have approved the final deliverables.
- You have requested and accepted multiple revisions for any service.
- For bundled services, refunds apply only to specific services, not the complete bundle.
- You fail to submit the initial project brief within 10 days of order placement.
How to Claim Your Refund
To claim a refund:

We will attempt to resolve your concern based on our revision policy. If a refund is approved, the design rights will transfer to Cloudskill Connect, and you may no longer use or display any version of the project materials.
- Once rights are transferred to Cloudskill Connect, you forfeit all ownership and usage rights for any work delivered. We collaborate with Government Copyright Agencies to ensure refunded designs cannot be reused as original work in the future.
Refund Process
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- Before the initial concept delivery: Full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- Within 48 hours of the initial delivery: 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- Between 48-120 hours of initial delivery: 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- After 120 hours of the initial delivery, no refunds will be entertained. However, we encourage you to contact us for further assistance.
Refund requests must be made through our support department. Cloudskill Connect reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests based on specific circumstances.

Domain and Hosting
Where applicable, we provide free domain and hosting services. Email accounts associated with our website packages can be configured on third-party platforms like Outlook. If you choose to host your website elsewhere, email accounts will not be provided.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, allowing you to receive your first logo or design within 24 hours.
Delivery Policy
All project files will be delivered through your account based on the timeline provided during order confirmation. You will also receive an email notification when your files are ready. Revisions and refunds are subject to the delivery time indicated in your account.
